But I am having more fun playing with my baby than I ever would blogging.

Desy has learned how to CRAWL! 

And his second tooth is pushing its way out.

My baby is getting so big.

Desmonds Blessing

While we were in Utah we had Rodneys brothers do Desmonds blessing for us.

We did it at Ken and Kats house which was really nice just having family there.

Utah

I am such a procrastinator.

So sorry.

A few weeks ago, Rodney and I flew out to Utah so his family could meet Desmond.

I was really worried about flying with a 2 month old but he did so well!

He slept through take off of the first flight and woke up but since the plane wasn't full at all, we were able to walk around with him. He didn't cry at all!

We hit really bad turbulence on the second flight, you know, the kind that makes your stomach go into your throat but Desy actually slept through it. What a trooper!

I am pretty sure I have the most handsome son.

10 weeks

8 Weeks Old

Desmond is growing so fast.

We went to his 2 month check up the other day.

He got his shots and HATED them.

I dont blame the kid.

He weighs 13 lbs 8 oz

measures 23 1/4 inches long

He is in the 85th percentile for his age.

I Love Free Stuff

and who doesn't?

I don't know why I didn't start this sooner but I follow alot of crafty blogs and they all love to give away free stuff!

Also, I am pretty sure Rodney would LOVE if I can cure my shopping needs by getting stuff free.

Okay, So basically you might get random posts like this because I am trying to win stuff but my friend Heidi from beauty school has a really neat blog. She always blogs about the funnest stuff. WELL she also has an etsy shop and makes the CUTEST things. If you like owls and crocheted items you would love it. She also makes cute earrings and hair pretties. :)

Resolutions...

I'm not one for resolutions. I really don't think anyone is.

BUT!

I think I might give it a try this year.

First of all, I want to be the best mom I can be to this little guy.

He deserves it.

Be healthier!

Not only do I want to do this to lose a little weight but I NEED to because of me being Insulin Resistant.

I have kind of neglected it in the past and I didn't realize how serious it was until I was pregnant.

Grow out my hair!

I didn't cut it all of 2010. If I can do it once, I can do it again :)

Get my Cosmetology License and build a clientel.

cause lets be honest...its about time.

Learn something new!
